The Operator also must be able to work in a fast pace environment handling numerous callers during peak periods. Must be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital.Required Skills•Organization and problem solving skills •Understanding of PBX operations •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Conflict resolution skills •Strong customer service skillsRequired ExperienceA minimum of one year experience in PBX operations. Must be able to respond to all critical issues in a timely manner to resolve the issue.
