Become part of an exciting newly funded grant titled The Saving Lives Project, which aims to Increase access to ongoing mental health and SUD treatment and recovery support services for individuals at high risk for suicide. Conduct in-reach at TTC service sites and participating hospital emergency departments. Conduct initial suicide screenings and link participants to appropriate services and case management and mental health providers. Prefer a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting. Bilingual skills and lived experience are also preferred.
