Patient Experience Liaison

Chilton Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Liaison to work varied hours between 5:30am
– 8:00pm, 3 days per week and every other weekend as required by department.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position: Following established protocols to screen and greet patients and visitors for temperature/COVID at Hospital Entrances.

Possess excellent customer service.

Ability to direct patients/visitors to the appropriate department.

Must be able to manage multiple inquiries in a calm and professional manner.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.

Relevant Experience: Customer Service Excellent communication skills Retail/Hospitality experience preferred Bilingual preferred Atlantic Health System aims to deliver the highest quality, safety and care combined the best experience for our patients and their families.
