Well-respected, AM Law firm seeks Patent Prosecution Paralegal. The Patent Prosecution Paralegal will handle both international and domestic patents. This firm grew during COVID-19.
The position is onboarding remotely, but will eventually return onsite once things are deemed safe. The position can reside in San Diego, Century City, Seattle, Palo Alto, San Francisco.
The billable hour requirement for this Am Law firm is HALF of what other firms are requiring. This Patent Paralegal will be with a well-known team working with technology clients. The Patent Paralegal opportunity is 37.5 hour work week.

Responsibilities
– Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
– Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
– Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
– Data base management of all relevant documents
Job Requirements:
– Comprehensive knowledge of patent intellectual property
– Local to one of the firm’s California offices
-Patent prosecution experience
