Bachelor’s degree NOT required Vaccines Not Required Knowledge & Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care/Assisted Living Thorough understanding of DHS 83 and Nurse Practice Act Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin Excellent leadership skills to maintain a motivated and stable team Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient communication skills Responsibilities: Provides assessments for potential residents to determine their eligibility for placement Performs timely and accurate resident assessments, communicating changes to the Administrator for billing purposes Creates customized Care Plans for each resident, ensuring team members have been properly trained to execute all tasks associated with Care Plans Provides oversight of medication management to assure all MAR’s are correct and that the residents receive medications timely and accurately.
Ensures all charting is performed in a timely manner and in accordance with state regulations.
Creates positive team member relations through staff appreciation, recognition of excellent performance, and retention through ongoing and open feedback with team members Ensures staff are fully trained, including nurse delegation Ensure compliance with DHS 83, in partnership with the Administrator Our goal is to Build Trust.
