Position Summary: The Part Time Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our retirement plan call center.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with a part-time schedule with varying weekly hours and has the willingness to learn these administrative tasks.

The position is for approximately 15-25 hrs/week.
Hours may vary weekly.
There is some lifting involved when preparing mail.
It is an onsite position based out of our offices at 3600 American Blvd., Bloomington, MN 55431.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong typing and basic computer skills.Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.Work Traits: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Maintains a high level of integrity with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
