Coffee Connection (Mar Vista, Westside, Venice) is seeking to hire a part-time barista.
The Coffee Connection is a non-profit community coffee house hosted by and an expression of the Westside Vineyard Church.
We serve those living and working on the Westside delicious certified organic, fair trade, shade grown and carbon-free coffee, nitro, espresso, tea, specialty drinks and other cafe fare…
and we provide uniquely beautiful space for connection.
As a coffee house established by those from within the local community rather than a larger corporation, we’ve made it a priority to create a café marked by excellence in our products, genuine care in our service, and a relaxing atmosphere so you may most easily cultivate relationships with others.
Our baristas join in occasionally hosting café-sponsored community-wide events and they are committed towards the more broad vision of the Westside Vineyard Church.
We are currently seeking a part-time barista who is: able to work various shifts, a team player, responsible, proactive, loves coffee, and is committed to delivering engaging customer service, commitment to recipes, and excellence in work.
The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of the way of Jesus, friendly, energetic, passionate about serving people with excellence, a coffee lover, a team-player, teachable, and extremely reliable and punctual.
