PAREXEL: Prism Project Leader Trainer

Parexel’s project leaders lead internal and client teams by combining deep clinical research experience with insight into client pressures in order to develop the right solution for the client.

This requires enhancing in-depth project management skills and business understanding, knowledge, and experience in order to independently make effective decisions and take action.This position is focused on the PRISM implementation as a subject matter expert to provide training and support to Project Directors, Project Leaders, Project Specialists, Line Managers and others as needed.

This position will develop, coordinate, and deliver instructionally sound and engaging training, including WalkMe content, to the GPL organization in support of the PRISM initiative.

This role can be home-based in multiple regions, including Americas, EMEA or India.
