Paralegal

Ambitious and growing law firm looking for a Bilingual Paralegal to deliver excellent service to clients.

Primary job functions include:
Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed information about their case.

Communicating clearly with clients.

Drafting succinct and detailed factual summaries.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.

1+ years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.

Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strongly Preferred!

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.

We are looking for someone who is an ambitious, hard worker willing to work hard and hit their daily metrics.

Must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
