Key responsibilities
– Provide support to attorney through all phases of litigation
– Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of discovery
– Prepare and file electronically in state and federal court
– Data base management of all relevant documents
Job Requirements:
– Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
– Customer service oriented communication skills
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Prowess with spreadsheets highly sought after
– Commercial Litigation experience preferred
– Federal courts experience
– E-file experience desired
– Command of e-discovery
– 3+ years of relevant experience
