Evolve Realty is looking to hire handyman in the North Hollywood area for residential properties and repairs including drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting, electricians and locksmiths.
Position is Full Time & occasional Overtime/Weekend as required.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a Painter
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication ability.
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
