We are looking for an analytical Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on both paid social media and Google display campaigns.

This person will also work closely with Impact’s SEM agency to gain an understanding of their current PPC campaigns and align all paid media strategies.

The ideal candidate understands the Impact customer and creates new campaigns specifically designed to address the pain points these audiences face.

We are seeking a critical thinker who can pivot strategies based on campaign performance.

+ 3-5 years of professional experience + Building out media buys for various ad platforms (paid social media, Google display ads, pre-roll video ads, etc.) and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media + Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch + Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs + Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals + Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders + Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and platform updates + Works with demand generation team to build out campaign landing pages and optimize on an on-going basis + Compile monthly reports with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance + Works closely with SEM agency partners to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and ensure strategies align between internal team and partner + Continually optimize campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.

+ Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, design, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance + Works closely with marketing operations team to ensure proper ROI reporting from digital ad campaigns + Proven experience in paid media, and/or running digital marketing campaigns + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or other related discipline, or related field experience + Google AdWords Certified + Bing Ads Certified + Google Analytics Certified + PPC experience preferred + Experience utilizing the following ad platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Display, YouTube + Demonstrated ability to ideate, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms + Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing deadlines, remain open-minded and adaptable + Ability to work within a team-oriented environment, have fun and drive progress External Company Name: Impact Networking LLC External Company URL: http://impactnetworking.com Street: 700 S.
