Paid Media Coordinator

Huda Beauty is looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to assist in managing the HudaBeauty.com digital marketing program (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Pinterest Ads). Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for driving day-to-day project coordination of acquisition marketing initiatives.

This is an opportunity for the right individual to learn the inner workings of marketing and paid media, all in the interest of acquiring new customers, driving significant growth for the business.

This role is critical to the Ecommerce Marketing team, will serve as a main point-person between several cross-functional departments and will be highly adaptable based on the needs of the business.

This individual will: * Compile and analyze daily/weekly reporting and develop recommendations on future campaigns* Communicate key marketing results to the team on a weekly and monthly basis* Assist in the management, execution and optimization of the digital marketing channels – paid search, paid social, affiliate, and display* Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs* Collaborate with key cross-function teams to develop and execute 360 campaigns* Campaign quality control testing and deployment, ensuring creative, data and links are accurate and support strategic intent of creative brief.* Build & execute A/B testing programs across all paid channels* Build robust reporting to monitor performance within each channel and track to business goals* Support manager with ad-hoc projects as needed Skills & Experience required: * Bachelor’s degree in related field (mathematics, statistics, economics, business, advertising)* 1-2 years in similar role within an agency, beauty or lifestyle brand* Experience with one or more of the following channels; Facebook, Google, YouTube, Criteo, Rakuten Affiliate marketing* Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting system* Great mix of analytical & creative ability
