RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

  • Hospitalist Program and Great EM Team – Make Life Easier for Ortho
  • Provide 10-15 Days of clinic/call coverage per month – Level IV Trauma Designation
  • General Orthopedics – Nearby College Campus-activity fractures, Outdoor Recreation-ATV/Motorcycle accidents, Slips and Falls.
  • Blocked OR time, Clinic is on hospital campus

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine or School of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Able to obtain CA licensure

COMMUNITY Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

  • No traffic to speak of. Easy drive to beach, sequoia forest, fly fishing river and downtown shopping.
  • Local airport – Direct flights from LAX, SF, Denver.
  • 10-15 minute drive from Airport to Hospital. 5 minute drive from Hospital to Pacific Ocean.
  • Wide assortment of restaurants – local seafood (fresh as it can be), locally sourced: meats, dairy, produce.
