We are looking for an energetic and motivated superstar who enjoys helping customers and team members.
In this position, you can learn about the B2B plush toy industry and will gain insight as to how our products are manufactured and sold throughout the US and Internationally.
Your job will entail processing orders from various platforms, customer service, shipping samples, and general office and administrative duties.
You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely.
Communicating any necessary information such as inventory/stock status or order related issues with our wholesale customers and rep groups.
Handling daily requests ranging from shipping samples from our office to processing last minute orders to overseeing prototypes shipped to/from the factory.
Position will also serve as a back-up to the customer service department.
Responsibilities:
· Process daily purchase orders efficiently and accurately
· Process new customer accounts
· Communicate inventory availability with customers and rep groups
· Confirm customers’ terms and order details
· Routine order follow-up via phone and email
· Process credit memos and track RMAs
· Process Amazon FBA and FBM shipments
· Ship various samples from our office
· Maintain organized logs of prototype samples and their locations
· Perform customer service-related duties as needed
Qualifications:

· Ability to work with multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing)
· 3+ years’ work experience in B2B is preferred
· Familiarity or ability to learn multiple platforms will be required (Examples include: Microsoft Office, Sage 100, Brandwise, Amazon, Shopify, Faire.com, Slack, and UPS WorldShip)
