Order Process Specialist

Responsibilities: The Order Process Specialist will be the primary point of contact for sales as it relates to order processing.

They will provide guidance around SFDC, processes and procedures.

The Order Process Specialist will focus on completing accurate orders in SFDC while maintaining a balance of speed and accuracy.

Validate service orders in an accurate and timely manner.Ensure orders are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide guidance to resolve order discrepancies.Maintain knowledge and understanding around internal tools and systems.Partner with a variety of teams to strategically support internal and external customers.Make accurate and timely decisions based on customer needs and business requirements.Ability to effectively represent Sales and Sales Operations to multiple departments to assist in expediting the order process, improving the quality and accuracy of orders.Ability to contribute to the attainment of revenue objectives by managing orders from the Sales stage through to accurate billing and revenue recognition.Meet or exceed all key performance indicators (KPI’s) as it relates to order processing.Coordinate all activities related to the internal Sales process, including: Contracts, Pricing, Sales Screening, Order Entry, CSR Request’s, LOA Collection, customer services verification on behalf of the Lighptath Customer to install new services or to coordinate Move, Adds, or Changes to existing services.Contribute to special projects, as requested.
