This Order Entry Coordinator Position Features:

• On-siteLocation: South Orlando, near the Florida MallWhen: ASAPThey will be entering in orders utilizing QuickBooks and EDI systems.
The best fit will have experience processing orders through EDIs systems.
There are 3 people in the office and it’s a full time position.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
•Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
•Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
•Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
