The Order Coordinator will help support the order life cycle starting with entry of the order into our system, and supporting the job through the sales, bidding, fulfillment, and completion of the order delivered to the customer.HOURS: Monday
– Friday, 40 Hours per WeekCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Wage
– $25.00-$27.00/hourlyMedical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) with employer contributionsRetirement PlanPaid Holidays& Paid Time OffPaid Bereavement LeaveCORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Must be highly organized, efficient, accurate and detail oriented with a commitment to quality.Ability to navigate and interpret blueprints and understand the commercial plan takeoff process.Understanding of project specifications, and/ or willing to learn fire listings and industry code compliances with the ability to acquire and provide submittals as required.Ability to detail and source complex special-order products and services.An advanced understanding of all aspects of the MO process.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide accurate, detailed & thorough order entry for our Commercial customers’ Door and Hardware orders.Cooperatively interact with Purchasing, Production and Customer Service departments to evaluate costs and procedures required to successfully fulfill order requirements.Develop deep understanding of door construction requirements, knowledge of fire code, door frame details and pre-finish standards and requirements.MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY:We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North America’s leading distributors of high-quality door products.
