Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Monitor options reporting (LOPRs)* Work with Operations and front office to follow up and resolve exceptions* Track issues and exceptions and communicate with management* Process daily reports to update account status* Create and submit trade reports and advise and implement regulatory rule changes* Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Required Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required* 3-5 years experience with options operations and/or regulatory reporting* Understanding of systems utilized by the group (e.g., SunGard Phase 3, BETA)* Familiarity with daily operations of Large Option Position Reporting to the Options Clearing Corporation* Knowledge of account structures to assist with CAT CAIS implementation and testing* Understanding of the Short Interest Reporting rules and FINRA reporting system* Bond trade reporting rules and operation of the daily regulatory reporting processes.* Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy at a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* Able to work independently as well as within a team and prioritize daily work flow with little direction From: Wedbush Securities
