Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator: Full time, salaried position The Last Line is looking for a highly motivated, organized and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our fun, hard-working team!

Reporting into and supporting the Director of Operations, this person will be responsible for coordinating the daily retail and e-commerce operational tasks.

Whilst also supporting the development and execution of longer term projects to drive the business strategy forward.

The Operations Coordinator will assist in creating, maintaining and updating operational programs, policies and new initiatives ranging from; customer experience, team training/development, inventory management, office management, vendor management and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities: Assist with communication, organization and follow up for all retail operations and general organization projects Manage team calendars and communication Design beautiful Brand decks, presentations and employee tools Create a seamless onboarding experience by assisting in developing a cohesive training program and new hire orientation for both retail and general organization.

Think creatively to work across different types of projects whilst supporting the roll out of new systems and initiatives Collaborate with retail team to develop and implement tools and training to elevate our in store experience and complement our digital experience Gather and organize information and feedback from retail and internal teams Provide insights into weekly sales and selling metrics to supplement weekly reporting in retail stores  Ensure retail teams are properly receiving inventory, completing transfers and promptly resolving inventory issues Plan and schedule store and warehouse annual inventories supporting as needed Manage retail team and store expenses Oversee store and warehouse supply management including order approval, tracking, vendor set up Manage and implement a system for store facilities tickets and oversee communication of requests / follow up to ensure issues are remedied promptly Streamline the process for customer repairs to ensure seamless experience for our customer.

Involvement in IT projects and implementation across retail POS platform Development and maintenance of retail operations manual Support new store openings from planning to order management and store set up Support general organization as needed to manage supply ordering, vender set up, office expenses, basic operations needs and schedule.

Requirements: Experience in high-growth luxury consumer-centric retail environments with  e-commerce experience.

2+ years experience in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office suite  Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal.

Takes initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.

Has a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a team dynamic.

Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards Data analytical mindset with retail KPI understanding Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a positive attitude at all times.

Very organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
