We are looking for someone who takes initiative, who can recognize problem areas and offer creative solutions on their own, with little guidance.

This position will report to the Manager of People Operations.

A creative mind is essential for generating new and interesting employee engagement initiatives. 

What you will do:
Cross-collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Recruiting to manage logistics for onboarding new employees remotely.

This includes sending out work from home equipment, swag welcome boxes, and managing new hire welcome email announcements.

Will be an integral part of the company culture by contributing to the employee experience by managing employee birthdays and work anniversary announcements, helping plan and execute company events, research and coordinate employee and customer gifts, as well as contribute to company-wide newsletter content.

Act as office point person while everyone is working remotely, and help coordinate return to office.

This includes but is not limited to: sending out office supplies to employees as needed, being a physical presence in the office while people are working to make sure all of their needs are met, coordinating office needs with building management and cleaning crews, and possibly helping to coordinate an office move if needed.  Coordinate with our CEO’s remote Executive Assistant.

Including keeping an eye on the CEO’s daily schedule and making sure all of his needs are met.

Maintain our asset tracking system making sure any supplies sent to remote employees are checked out in the system, and if any employees leave, they return all equipment listed and it gets added back into the system in a timely manner.

Work with IT manager to recycle any outdated equipment.

Help maintain project organization through our project manager software.

When the office reopens, this person will be responsible for greeting all guests and maintaining a guest log.

Keeping office supplies and snacks well stocked and office functional and organized. 
What you need:
3+ years of job related experience required Strong work ethic and a “no task too big or small” mentality Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.

A self-directed professional who can work with minimal supervision.

Polished presentation, verbal, written and client communication skills Highly efficient and ability to multitask Attention to detail and takes pride in quality of work delivered Experience with Asana, Envoy, Hubspot, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and G-Suite is a plus.
