The leadership team has deep industry expertise including Disney, Fox, Sony, IMAX, and Dolby, and the relationships to facilitate a rapid global expansion.

The Role:

MetaMedia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help us support the day-to-day operations of the MetaMedia Entertainment Network.

 Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Operations Coordinator will support the distribution of content (e.g.

movies and trailers) to theatres via electronic and physical media in the US and Canada as well as international markets as we expand.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage studio film and trailer booking process
  • Monitor deliveries to ensure timely completion
  • Work closely with theatres to communicate deliveries and provide customer support
  • Track and monitor theatre dashboard and booking data
  • Provide weekly reporting for customer invoicing
  • Work closely with network operations to report internet outages
  • Provide customer support to studios
  • Manage process with third party vendors for hard drive delivery and other services as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as needed by the VP, Operations

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor/Associate degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience in operations
  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Customer-service mentality
  • Flexibility to be on-call to work weekends and nights

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital cinema operations from cinema and/or studio perspective
