Position Info: As the Operations Associate, Investor Services, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the intake, processing, and maintenance of investor documentation and corresponding data in the companys CRM database, as part of our investor account maintenance processes.Key Responsibilities:Intake, process, and facilitate workflow related to investor account maintenance requests across all Bridge funds, includingupdates to address, email, banking and tax informationPerform entry, review, and validation of investor information and electronic investor files with strict adherence to data quality and processing standardsBuild relationships and rapport with the various wealth management platforms to streamline account maintenance workflowsAct as the subject matter expert in the companys third-party investor portalDeliver high quality service to investors and internal parties through providing timely, professional and comprehensive responses to inquiriesMake recommendations on improvements to internal processes and systems in order to improve the Bridge investor experiencePerform reconciliations and audit of investor data and documents to ensure uniformity and accuracyCreate and maintain a knowledge-base directory for the department, including process and policy documentation Qualifications: Qualifications and CompetenciesMinimum 5 years of experienceStrong proficiency in working within the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Moderate to advanced skills in ExcelExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (strongly preferred)Superior written and verbal communication skills, with understanding and ability to provide white glove service for the companys investorsAbility to act as a Bridge Builder to connect individuals and groups to work towards a greater goalExcellent trouble-shooting skills and intuition in facilitating a process involving multiple steps and resolving gaps in understanding between various partiesWorking knowledge of maintaining client databases and file systemsExperience dealing with highly sensitive client informationExcellent attention to detail; catches issues that others often missProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a transactional environment About the Benefits: Bridges Benefits include Annual bonus based on individual, team and company performanceA suite of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401k matchingGenerous PTO, including parental leaveCompany-sponsored service opportunities
