Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to local Management, Operations & Field personnel. This position will provide customer service communications, taking and scheduling customer orders, scheduling couriers for deliveries and working closely with the management team in the plant.

Operations Assistant

  • Performs accounts receivables, reconciliation and dispute resolution
  • Processes customer payments, account credits & adjustments
  • Provides proof of delivery and invoice copies
  • Answers incoming billing and operator phone calls
  • Supports sales, field and management personnel
  • Performs basic ticket reconciliation
  • Special projects as requested
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels
  • Identify and address product quality issues and continually look for ways to improve processes at the plant Ok
  • Customer Service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years Administrative Support is preferred
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone system
  • Bilingual Spanish English a Plus
