About the Job

We are looking for an ​Operation Analytics Associate​ to join our Advertising Operations team, which handles all technical aspects of campaign management, network optimization, and revenue analysis.

In this role, you will have full immersion into our AdTech platform with room for growth and personal advancement, reporting directly to the Vice President of Advertising Operations.                                                   

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working alongside internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Strategy, Business Development, QA) and external teams (network partners) to implement and oversee business and revenue operations                                                                          
  • Providing Sales and Account Strategy teams with risk analyses to determine campaign viability pre
    – and post-sale
  • Acting as a strategic partner for Product, Business Development, and Sales to set and deliver actionable goals via data-driven insights
  • Setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns in our proprietary platform true[Exchange]
  • Monitoring campaigns throughout their lifecycle, while communicating with account managers, Business Development, and QA to ensure full and ideal campaign delivery
  • Developing solutions utilizing programming tools to streamline and scale processes, increasing efficiencies between AdOps and other departments
  • Analyzing and providing actionable insights for business teams using our databases
  • Assisting Engineering in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical issues
  • Partnering with Data Science to improve accuracy of inventory forecasts and upkeep Python scripts

What you have:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Science, Engineering, etc)
  • 1-2 years of work or internship experience in an analytical role
  • Advanced Excel experience 
  • Professional experience with SQL, R, or similar tools; comfortable writing queries 
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools a plus
