About the role
We are looking for an Operations analyst who is data driven, enjoys working cross functionally and collaborating with multiple teams on improving processes and workflows.
What you will do
Design, map, and overhaul processes with multiple stakeholders Spec the design of internal tools that can elevate our effectiveness as a team Work across several departments, diving deep into their processes, identifying bottlenecks, and figuring out how to eliminate them.
Experience with CRM data such as Salesforce.com Work very closely with the Product Management team to productize repetitive work to free the team to work on higher value-added projects Create an updated, published source of truth for all internal processes and ops workflows across the multiple geographies and practice areas Quickly assess ROI of proposed changes to workflows, bearing in mind immediate term, medium term, and long term
Who you are
2-3 years at Bain, BCG, or any other top tier consulting firm Able to work as part of an evolving team, and quickly identify interlocking workflows from multiple departments Lucidchart, Monday, Asana, Typeform master.
