Operations Analyst / Associate
Description
This position will assist with maintaining and improving the operations of the Company, including coordination of day-to-day procedures and implementation of new initiatives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain operational changes
- Assist in troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal department units to enable, support and improve day- to-day business operations and processes with the goal of enhancing operations
- Maintenance of company software and hardware
- Organization and development of company policies and other documents
- Provide administrative and office management support to the team
- Contract management, including renewal discussions, maintaining deadlines on deliverables, reviewing contract requirements, and detailed review of invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years of experience, ideally gained in high-pressure office environment
- Specific experience in operations or office management
- Proficient with technology, including computer software, desktop and mobile applications, and
Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
