Operations Analyst / Associate

Description

This position will assist with maintaining and improving the operations of the Company, including coordination of day-to-day procedures and implementation of new initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain operational changes
  • Assist in troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal department units to enable, support and improve day- to-day business operations and processes with the goal of enhancing operations
  • Maintenance of company software and hardware
  • Organization and development of company policies and other documents
  • Provide administrative and office management support to the team
  • Contract management, including renewal discussions, maintaining deadlines on deliverables, reviewing contract requirements, and detailed review of invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally gained in high-pressure office environment
  • Specific experience in operations or office management
  • Proficient with technology, including computer software, desktop and mobile applications, and

Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
