Operations Analyst

Job DescriptionPosition Description:The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures our complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.

Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things doneRole Description:As the Channel Management Operations Specialist, you will own the data and operations for our internal customer database for a select group of clients.

You will be our resident expert on channel management, and you will strategize with sales teams on how to most efficiently implement new ideas, collaborate across sales teams in 30 different markets, and execute projects down to the last detail.Top Daily Responsibilities: Serve as our internal subject matter expert on channel management and customer hierarchies, providing guidance and consultations to sales teams.

Manage the data clean up program.

Partnering with the global sales team, regional sales team counterparts, and Go-to-market teammates to develop and agree on global data standards.

Pull and analyze current data structure to determine needed changes.

Work with account executives to properly organize all current data according to previously defined standard.

Execute changes within our internal systems, while managing complexities.

Roll out a recently launched feature to our sales team, managing the migration to the new feature and communications to all sales teams.Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent practical work experience.

3-5 years of work experience ideally in an analytical role.

2-3 years of project management experience.

Ability to effectively manage complex projects with many stakeholders across many cultural contexts.Desired Skills/Qualificaitons: Analytical prowess, with experience working in spreadsheets and familiarity with SQL.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and requests.

Effective communication skills for working across a very global team with diverse stakeholders.

Able to navigate ambiguity.
