Job Description A3T is seeking qualified candidates to provide Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity (CS) support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
We will provide a professional IT staff in support of Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) mission to execute emergency response, training, planning, and preparation efforts for restoration of Communications infrastructure and NS/EP during all hazards including manufactured and natural events.
RESPONSIBILITIES: plan and conduct activities and analyses applicable to individual customer requests develop a management plan detailing steps required for producing and conducting activities and events that involve analysis and/or assessment of NS/EP communications supporting the customer’s critical missions.
Methodology and process will be included that enables effective analysis and produces actionable mitigation strategies.
In preparation for an analysis/assessment activity, develop supporting materials, which may include project timelines, facilitator guides, logistical planning guidelines, and progress briefings.
assist in identifying critical communications assets that support essential customer missions.
Analysis shall include providing physical and or logical wirings and a local access and transport area (LATA) build-out for visual identification of potential vulnerabilities and/or asset dependencies.
develop graphical representations to identify, within a defined geographic area, the end-to-end communications infrastructure upon which the customer relies upon for their critical mission.
provide all facets of meeting support for events wherein representatives meet to discuss interdependencies and/or vulnerabilities identified via the graphical representations.
assist in developing an analysis of infrastructure vulnerabilities, lessons learned, and recommended solutions for mitigating risk.
coordinate activities with other organizations, industry groups, personnel, Federal Emergency Planners and other relevant organizations
