Operations Analyst

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

In this role you will:

  • Organize a multi-facility, multi-channel, and multi-country supply chain
  • Operationalize and optimize the omni-channel inventory model from its current state
  • Guide processes for creating a world-class record of inventory and product
  • Partner with global vendors & facilities to provide support for inventory
  • Provide and generate well-organized, accurate reports and record keeping
  • Build a supply inventory and replenishment process 
  • Verify receiving documentation, including packing slips, bill-of-ladings and invoices
  • Coordinate inter-facility movements and supply levels
  • Understand the nuances of consumables (packaging, inserts, etc)
  • Understand and provide guidance on shipping analysis
  • Work with partners to book and move product using LTL, FTL and other methods
  • Own your personal development and create solutions to problems you discover
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of inventory and supply chain analysis
  • History of creating systems to manage data and inventory problems
  • Ability to work directly with vendors in a professional and on-brand manner
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to consolidate and analyze data in both Excel and SQL
  • Experience proposing a solution to stakeholders when given a problem to solve
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you’re willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
