Easy Breathe is a growing eCommerce company looking for an eager and self-motivated individual who enjoys typing, helping people, and conversing over chat and email to join our team as an Entry-Level Online Chat Specialist.

We are passionate about helping those who suffer from sleep apnea get the products and services they need.

With CPAP therapy, customers are able to get a better night’s sleep and entirely transform their lives.

To achieve our goal of making the confusing process of obtaining CPAP therapy easy, we aim to provide our customers with an unmatched sales experience and that starts with you!

About the Role Entry Level Online Chat Specialists at Easy Breathe are responsible for a variety of tasks: ?

Assisting between 175 to 250 customers daily through inbound emails and e-chats ?

Becoming our online chat expert through familiarizing yourself with the products and services we offer to fully address concerns and offer solutions to customers Who We’re Looking For ?

We are interested in individuals who embody the following characteristics: ?

Must have strong computer/typing skills
– at least 70 WPM ?

Excellent written communication skills with near-perfect grammar ?

Must be an independent self-starter with outstanding organizational skills ?

Deadline and detail-oriented ?

Be friendly and positive personality over chat ?

Eager to learn and continuously improve through problem-solving ?

Excited to be a part of a highly motivated and innovative company culture in an exciting office environment ?

Able to work on weekends Note: At this time, we are still recruiting, and this position will still be working out of our Los Angeles office.
