1+1 Cares is currently seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for Day Shifts.
1+1 Cares is a non-employee, non-medical-based referral agency providing PEACE OF MIND to Senior Clients.
We are committed to delivering excellent care to our clients by registering only the BEST caregivers!
There are flexible hours, day and night shifts available!
You are expected to:
✓ Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
✓ Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
✓ Help clients with Activities of Daily Living
✓ Do errands for clients as needed
✓ Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
✓ Be a pleasant and supportive companion
✓ Report any unusual incidents
✓ Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Job Requirements
✓ Proof of US Work Authorization
✓ 2 years of Professional Caregiving Experience OR 1 year CNA/HHA experience
✓ 2 Work References
✓ Criminal Background Check
✓ Professional Liability Insurance
Skills Needed:
✓ Excellent knowledge of emergency response
✓ Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
✓ Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
✓ Respectful and compassionate
✓ Good time management skills
✓ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Strong ethics
✓ Physical endurance
