Unit Description:
Sodexo is seeking a part time, 20 hours/week, inpatient Oncology Dietitian to come join their dynamic clinical team at USC Norris Cancer Hospital, located in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have oncology experience or a strong interest in working with cancer patients.
Hourly Rate: $38.46 -$44.23

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager the ideal candidate will:
- Be a registered dietitian with inpatient acute care experience;
- Have experience or a strong desire to work with oncology patients;
- Be self-directed, flexible, and a team player;
- Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills;
- participate in quality improvement initiatives and interested in elevating the standard of care; and
- serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns and new dietitians.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, a master’s degree will be required)
Basic Functional Experience – 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Credentials Requirement:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
- Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
