Office Services Assistant

Monday-Friday
6/hrs.

per day for 4 days, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 1 hour for lunch break)
5/hrs.

per day for 1 day, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (includes 1 hour for lunch break)
$25.00/hr.
48 hours of annual sick leave

Responsibilities:

– Document scanning and copying

– Assist other employees on special projects, as needed

– Manage office and kitchen inventories and put stock on shelves

– Clean and maintain conference rooms after meetings

– Clean and maintain kitchen throughout the day

– Run postage meter and prepare overnight packages

– Change toner cartridges in copiers; fix jams in copiers

– Take mail to the post office as needed

– Pick up and deliver mail and overnight packages from/to the building mail room

– Make outside deliveries and pickups (at times, to Malibu, the Valley and downtown Los Angeles)

– Support front desk reception with phones and greeting visitors, as needed

Qualifications:

– Must be punctual

– Minimum absenteeism

– Flexibility in adapting to assignments and procedures

– Organized and self-motivated

– Friendly, helpful attitude

– Communicate well with others and speak clearly

– Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive client/firm/personnel matters

– Ability to lift 50 lbs.

– Show proof of valid driver’s license

– Show proof of current, valid full automobile insurance coverage

– Show original record of proof of full Covid-19 vaccination (2 doses) (phone images and photocopies are not acceptable)

– Must wear a protective face mask at all times (your own or we can supply them)
