Our office and dock staff members provide our guests with the first impression of the company whether it is over the phone, through an email, or in person on the dock.
They love interacting with people from all over the world.
They network with cruise ship staff and other companies around town building positive, working relationships with them and continue to build these relationships by hanging out with their new friends around town after normal working hours.
From time to time, they even get to hang out on a cruise ship While on the dock, they are our company’s point of contact for ship staff and other local companies.
They make sure all of the departures leave on time with the correct number of people.
They keep an accurate count of all the tickets and settle with the ships at the end of the day.
While in the office, they make snacks and drinks for the different tours, and they help management with any miscellaneous project that may be going on.
The position is slightly sales oriented.
They strive to sell tickets to prospective guests while on the dock, and they handle all guest reservations.

Position uses company vehicles, so a clean driving record is needed.
Position is also hands-on with dogs from time to time, so you must be comfortable interacting with them.
