Overview The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the GM, Director of Finance, Box Office Manager and other staff as needed.

This position coordinates a variety of complex administrative, as well as accounting and box office duties.Spectra, an industry leader in sports, entertainment, and venue management, is dedicated to recruiting and developing individuals with the skills, experience, desire, and values to contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.Together, with our 250 sports & entertainment venue partners, we transform events into experiences These experiences create excitement, turn heads, and make memories.Come Join UsYou can learn more about Spectra at www.spectraexperiences.com/Responsibilities Accounts Payable data entry, reconciliation, and check printing Accounts Receivable data entry, invoice preparation, and cash receipts processing Coordinate the hiring process for new employees and assist with HR duties Assist with various event related duties Assist with basic payroll functions and reporting Assist Box Office with selling tickets Responsible for balancing box office revenue and preparation of daily sales reports.

Assist with preparation of all required Box Office reports Responsible for compiling and recording daily Box Office Sales and weekly receipts Answer, screen, and direct phone calls Provide general administrative support under direction from the General Manager, Directors, and Managers Perform general administrative functions including mail distribution, photocopying, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required Previous office management or executive support experience preferred Communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
