Office Coordinator

The Responsibilities:
Oversee general office administrative operations including but not limited to phones, mail/shipments, greeting visitors, calendar scheduling Monitor and maintain workroom, office and kitchen supplies and inventory Create, update, and archive order binders Distribute schedules and reports to production floor Oversee vendor and supplier relations from purchasing, follow up, deadline adherence, reworks, inspection and invoicing etc.

Update computer software system to reflect current statuses and details of vendor orders in real time Develop office processes and systems to elevate efficiency Assist production and office teams as needed to maintain smooth operations and flawless execution of product File and organize purchase orders, completion images, records, invoices and other important documentation Assist with light bookkeeping and HR needs

The Right Person:
An upbeat, professional and take-charge personality A team player with an enthusiastic outlook and desire to learn and grow in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive with strong time management and follow up skills Detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently 2+ years of experience an office and/or production environment Bilingual in English and Spanish Computer literate with functional knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Experience in Quickbooks is preferred
