We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Office Associate (Outpatient) who: Assists with department office operations and activities.
Ensures a smooth, safe workflow by completing all projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Applies developing/basic working knowledge and experience to the job.
Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents.
Essential Functions: Participates in hiring, in-service training and orientation of new hires to ensure personnel are equipped with necessary training.Assists in establishing and revising departmental policies, procedures, and workflow.
Communicates with and trains front office team regarding these items.Assists in monitoring personnel performance and maintains proper documentation.Maintains outpatient registration for the department ensuring accurate information for an efficient billing process.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou’ll be successful with the following qualifications: Education: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
