We are looking for a administrative office assistant and project coordinator to perform a variety of office administrative and clerical tasks and duties, such as providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office assignments, tasks and performing our company’s administrative needs and day to day activities on numerous projects.
Work includes assisting with the following:
-Contacting clients and vendors;
-Coordination of company’s required projects and tasks on a day-to-day basis;
-General various office assistant tasks.
-Perform various duties for the company.
-Perform various administrative and office duties as directed by the Company
-Perform other essential duties as assigned and/or required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Strong organizational and analytical skills – ability to plan/think ahead, manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously;
– Must be organized and be able to pay attention to details;
– Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with existing and prospective customers and vendors;
– Proven project management skills — proven ability to drive ideas to completion;
– Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
– Self-motivated and ability to motivate others;
– Problem solver personality;
– Computer proficiency including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Job Types: Part-time, Full Time, Temporary and/or Contract (depending upon final agreement at Employer’s discretion).
Pay range: $16.00 through $22.00 per hour (Pay is based on experience, abilities, skills, terms of the contract and final agreement at Employer’s discretion).
