Office Assistant

Job description:

  • Assist with maintaining student worker master spreadsheet/database. Assist with email correspondence to dept.
  • Coordinators and supervisors regarding student worker hire. Verify documentation received.
  • Assist with time keeping and other payment requests as needed. Assist Marshall Payroll and HR Staff as needed on projects.
  • ***MUST HAVE: General payroll knowledge and time keeping***

Job Requirements:

Preferences:

  • Workday knowledge preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Word and Excel, general knowledge of basic office equipment (Copier/scanner) Strong customer service with ability to multitask.
