About The Role

As part of this effort, Resolute is committed to hiring an Office Clerk to ensure operations continue to run smoothly and our teachers and school leaders can focus on the task of educating our scholars in the classroom.

The Office Coordinator is a key member of the school’s operations team, handling a wide variety of non-instructional tasks for the school.

The OC courteously gives information to callers, assists guests and visitors, supports event coordination and manages the attendance program for the school.

Additionally, the Office
Coordinator is tasked with managing all compliance and data reporting as overseen by the School Operations
Managers.

In order to be effective, OCs must develop positive interpersonal relationships with the entire school community including staff, students, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities vary from day to day and may include data entry and maintenance in a wide variety of school information systems, keeping accurate school records, handling correspondence, and supporting a variety of diverse projects.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities outlined below are an overview and will be adjusted as needed throughout the school year and in alignment with our mission and vision.

❏ Receive calls and walk-in inquiries, provides information, makes referrals and directs guests to proper destinations
❏ Manages Attendance and Attendance Programs for Resolute
❏ CALPADS fall & EOY reports
❏ Monthly suspension/expulsion reports
❏ ADA reports
❏ State & local reporting
❏ Data updates such as direct certifications, EL changes based on ELPAC/enrollment, homeless/foster data checks, graduation/drop information integrity
❏ Prop 39 residency data support
❏ Processes data entry and maintenance related to attendance, enrollment, nutrition, and other programs
❏ Supervises and prepares for Lunch Distribution
❏ Maintains accurate and orderly confidential records, both online and in physical copy
❏ Prepares, receives, sends, and maintains records and correspondence as needed
❏ Communicates with parents and external partners as needed
❏ Organizes, secures, and maintains a presentable office space and environment
❏ Assists with filing and organization
❏ Assists in ordering, purchasing, receiving, and organizing materials
❏ Types and distributes correspondence including but not limited to: letters, memos, and bulletins
❏ Exemplifies organizational values, operates under team expectations and upholds a commitment to their work
❏ Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

❏ High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
❏ 0-2 years of relevant experience
❏ Bilingual in Spanish and English

Compensation and Benefits

This position pays $15.00 per hour and is considered full-time.

All full-time Resolute employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
