The Office Assistant welcomes new and returning guests into the office.

They are responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks; screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails, sorting mail/packages, assist in preparation of FedEx / messenger packages going out, housekeeping, and ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
Answer incoming calls to the main number prepared to pass along as much information as possible, forward any incoming calls/emails to the appropriate contacts.
Welcome guests by asking them for the name/company and assure them that their point of contact has been notified, offer coffee or water while guests wait in the front reception area.
Keep the front desk tidy and clutter free.
Maintain kitchen area and ensure all supplies are kept fully stocked.
Assist with the preparation of meetings; place settings, ice water, food delivery, etc.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Energetic and positive demeanor
– The face of Clune!
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a team environment
Working knowledge of mail processes, how to use postage machines
Education and Experience:
Experience working in an office setting preferred
