Office Administrator Assistant

Job Description We are seeking an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences, quotation and other formal documents Enter Bills, Interact with customer, vendors and freight companies (UPS, FEDX, LTL trucking) Answer inbound telephone calls Maintain organized filing systems Perform various other office tasks Qualifications: Some previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus, but not a requirement Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills
