– and are seeking an Office Administrator to help make our studio even greater.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage office appointment calendar Answer phones Receive packages, greet clients, vendors and guests Oversee client parking Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supply inventory Maintain and Improve office facilities Maintain and catalogue office libraries (book, periodicals, concept images and favorite vendors) Track office admin spending to budget Confirm/send regrets to invitations and prep staff for same Coordinate office events, club/organization participation and attendance Coordinate office travel and concierge services
Executive Assistant Tasks:
Administrative support of Principal architect including calendar scheduling, correspondence and phones.
Review emails
– file, organize, prioritize and respond on behalf of Principal Transfer site notes dictation and site photos to files
IT Support Tasks:
Act as help desk liaison to outside service provider Troubleshoot hardware issues with staff Oversee printer and plotter maintenance
Relocation Manager Tasks:
Liaison between new landlord, design team and contractors during construction Schedule and oversee packers and movers Oversee IT and phone connectivity in new space
