Office Administrator

This job is an opportunity to learn and grow in an Information Technology business. You would be part of the administrative team at Calsoft Systems, an information technology consulting company. The administrative team is the hub of the business, supporting all aspects of our internal operations.

I.         Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Essential Functions:      

a.     Employee processes: Assist with hiring (on-boarding), termination (off-boarding), relocations and manage company owned equipment and supplies.

b.     Work Environment: Create and maintain an efficient, collaborative, and healthy work environment.

c.     Events: Planning and running company events.

d.    Sales Fulfillment: Collaborate with other team members to complete sales fulfillment processes.

e. Accounting: Assist accounting team with Accounts Receivable and processing daily bank deposits and mail.

f. Understand and maintain the strictly confidential nature of the position.

g. Customer Service: Show respect and professionalism with co-workers, partners, vendors and customers.

h. Participate in mandatory training
