Though you will have support from the leadership team, you will be in charge of ensuring that every part of E-STET’s financial operations are running smoothly. This will include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, client info, payroll, and maintenance of the general ledger in Quickbooks. You will report directly to E-STET’s leadership team, and will provide general support on a wide array of tasks beyond just accounting. You are a key support to making sure things at E-STET run smoothly.The position will be based in Los Angeles.Functions:• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes• Review, audit, and enter daily bank and credit card transactions• Create financial statements, journal entries, and maintain general ledger• Maintain company records, including tax filings, client records, vendor agreements, and employee data• Manage payroll, health insurance, and company benefits• Manage vendor relationships, including facilities• Provide general administrative and office supportQualifications:• BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar degree• 3+ years experience managing the accounting processes for a company• Experience in general administrative and office support• Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Online• Advanced proficiency in Excel• Superior communication skillsPreferred:• Google Drive experienced user• Salesforce experienced user• Intuit Payroll experienceBenefits:• Matching 401k plan• Medical and dental plan• Public transportation stipend• Unlimited paid time off• Competitive salaryJob Type: Full-timeExperience:• Accounting: 3 years (Required)Education:• Bachelor’s (Required)
