ustomer Service Representative $14 or more depending on Experience Temp to Hire Monday
– Friday 8am
– 5PM Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.

Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Summary: The overall responsibility of the position is answering sales and billing related email and phone calls; analyze and answer general questions regarding sales quotes and billing statements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Perform routine billing related tasks, i.e.

process checks and credit cards.

Invoicing fold, insert envelopes, seal, and stamp.

Answer purchase inquiries regarding pricing, space, bandwidth etc.

Help design and update company marketing materials, print advertisements and website.

Help to coordinate special events, promotions and seminars.

Process mail and ship packages upon request.

Experience in website and/or graphic design.

Proficient with multiple software applications.

Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
