The Host must have the demonstrated ability to warmly and professionally greet all guests via telephone, email, or in person in order to attain the highest level of customer service. Overall Responsibilities

 Delivers the highest level of customer service; coordinates reservations, and requests in terms of greeting, seating, and bidding farewell to all guests.

 Consistently displays maturity and professionalism to all guest requests, and confidently explains food and recipes as needed. Essential Functions

 Conducts physical inventory of storage and supplies as assigned.

 Prepares menus and beverage lists.

 Develops long term guests relations, by tracking information on repeat guests (favorite tables, special requests, requested servers, etcetera)

 Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each takeout guest.

 Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges, and insures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys.

 Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

 Customer service oriented and proactive.

 Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

 Executes and maintain quality and consistent service with full adherence to standards; acts with a sense of urgency, is friendly, professional, and engaged.

 Performs other duties as required and/or assigned by management. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  Maintains the integrity of how certain cuisine should truly be experienced o Presents excellent guest service and hospitality skills. o Actively communicates with other team members for support. o Maintains a strong food and beverage knowledge in an effort to provide the best possible guest service experience.

 Embraces technology and its effective application o Is highly proficient with POS systems, In house resources to perform job duties.

 Discipline in making profits and creating a healthy financial footprint for all partners. Regularly maintains control and timing throughout the station to ensure a quality guest experience and flow. Is eager to pursue professional development as well as motivate others to enroll/enrich skills, knowledge, and abilities.

 Exposure to extremes in temperature (walk in freezer, kitchen, kitchen line)  Working around kitchen and restaurant equipment and machinery with moving parts.  Frequent hand washing is required

 While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to walk, stand, kneel, bend, squat, climb, twist, reach, and conduct pushing/pulling. In both limited space (example; around tables in the dining area) and open areas.

 The duties of this job also require repetitive hand usage, simple and power grasping with one or both hands, and some fine manipulation.

 Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock with or without reasonable accommodation.

 Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items with or without reasonable accommodation.

 Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check with or without reasonable accommodation.  Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.

 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons.

 Must have the ability to communicate in English.  The duties of this job may be inclusive of lifting and carrying objects of varying weights and dimensions between 0-10 lbs, 11-25 lbs, and 26-50 lbs between 0-10 feet, 11-20 feet, and 21- 50 feet. This includes trays with food, beverage or other items as business needs determine.

 Exposures: slippery walking surfaces, cooked and uncooked food items.

 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus as well as distinguish colors.

 The noise level in the restaurant will vary between low to moderate. However, during hours of operation it may increase from moderate to excessive and continuous. Requirements:  At least 1 year in the restaurant industry

 Excellent knowledge of POS Systems and Computer applications.

 Food Handler’s Certification Required/Advanced Certification(s) Preferred

 Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in the English language.  Basic and advanced math calculations’
