Certified Mobile Notary Service(https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now looking for someone to fill the position of an Online Notary Closer to work virtually in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain on-going communication with existing customers to determine needs, solicit feedback, promote services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to promote the Remote Online Notarization closing option.
• Assist in the resolution of customer service issues and concerns.
• Facilitate Remote Online Notarization closings.
• Prepare documents for signing.
• Communicate the process with customers before closing.
• Notarize and verify appropriate execution of documents.
• Back-up traditional closings as needed.
• Review Purchase Agreement, lender’s instructions and title commitment.
• Resolve title problems and verify appropriate transfer of title.
• Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statement for closing.
• Proof and review documentation for accuracy and content.
• Packaging-In/Out the lender package.
• Fielding customer inquiries and responding with the necessary information, in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Notary license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with a title insurance company or other real estate services company is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a paperless environment and well versed in video conferencing is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt according to business needs.
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Skills and Excel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

Job Requirements:

  • Sworn to, affirmed, acknowledged or proved before the notary
  • Maintain an electronic notary journal of all official acts
  • Designing and implementing public scalable public cloud solutions in the enterprise
  • Specify or role as Notary Public provide a Titlewhen an acknowledgement certification requires the notary
  • Protect the public interests and taxpayer dollars
  • Vary greatly in subject and complexity
  • Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
  • Lead the Engineering of public cloud technology platforms supporting application environments
  • Lead public and youth tours, presentations and planning logistics for commission meetings
  • Promote positive relations with the general public, community groups, employees, schools and local government
  • Maintain proper records as required by the state
  • Responding to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, and internal personnel regarding loans
  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls- 20-50 calls per day answering and managing multi-line phones notary to the entire office greeting customers and clients cleaning break
  • Executing, notarizing, and sending for recordation lien release documents for paid off loans
  • Executing, notarizing, and sending for recordation assignment documents
  • Prepare and review bond offering documents in keeping with transaction timeline
  • Stamp and collect building permit apps and various solar documents
  • Witnessing the signature of important documents such as the signing of contracts, deeds and power of attorney
  • Confirm all documents/affidavits/pleadings have been executed and notarized properly based on state guidelines
  • Witnessing the signing of documents and executing same, administering oaths, and authenticating signatures
