Pricing Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

This position will be located in Woodland Hills, CA.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems and will be working follow-on and new business proposals.

This individual will prepare cost proposals, participate in fact-finding and negotiations.Roles and Responsibilities: Review RFP requirements Work with leadership and hold kick-off’s for various proposals Participate in Cost Strategies Prepare Cost Volumes per RFP instructions, review Basis of Estimates to ensure they include all required information Prepare Cost review packages (PowerPoint) to be presented to leadership Participate in fact-finding and negotiationsBasic Qualifications for a Level 4:Candidate’s minimum education/experience qualifications: BS/BA degree with 10+ years of progressive pricing experience or master with 8+ years, or equivalent experience.

In-depth understanding of procurement policies, procedures and regulations are essential.Ability to work well in a team environment and lead negotiations is required, together with proven organization and strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision and apply sound judgment to problem solving is required.Train and mentor other Pricing staff on tools and processes.Must be able to obtain a Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:Knowledge of Pro-Pricer desiredAble to work independently in a dynamic environmentDetailed oriented, conscientious individualLeader with good excel skills, pivot tables and PowerPoint preferredAbility to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of managementMBA and experience in SAP is highly desirableSalary Range: 103664 155496Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
